How we price

JaliHR prices per project, not per hour or per month. You know the scope and the fee before we start. Every engagement begins with a discovery call at no charge.

We do not do open-ended retainers. If the scope changes, we agree a new price before the work changes.

How we deliver

  1. Discovery. We understand your situation. One call, sometimes two.
  2. Diagnosis. We identify the root cause, not just the symptom.
  3. Recommendation. We tell you what we think you should do.
  4. Delivery. We produce the artefact: a report, a framework, a scoping deck, or a vendor shortlist.
  5. Handoff. You own everything we produce. No lock-in.

Most projects close in 2 to 6 weeks depending on complexity.

Can you start immediately?

Depends on current availability. Book a call and we will give you an honest timeline.

Do you work with companies outside Uganda?

Yes. Kenya, Rwanda, and other African markets. Remote-first.

Do you offer payment plans?

On larger engagements, yes. We can discuss structure on the call.

What if the scope changes mid-project?

We stop, agree the new scope, agree the new fee. We do not absorb scope creep silently.
